JobWren (“the Service”) is a free tool that helps you discover technology job openings, assess your fit with optional AI, and track your applications. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What JobWren is (and isn't)
JobWren aggregates publicly available job listings from companies’ own career platforms and public job-board APIs and links you to the original posting. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company whose listings appear, nor by the platforms we read from. All company names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
No warranty on listings
Listings are provided “as is.” We do not control the content, accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or timing of any posting, and roles may be filled, changed, or removed without notice. Always verify details on the employer’s official site before applying. We are not responsible for the hiring decisions, conduct, or content of any third-party employer or platform.
AI features are informational only
The optional “Check my fit” and “Match my resume” features use a third-party AI provider that you connect with your own API key. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased and is provided for general guidance only. It is not professional, career, legal, or financial advice, and no employment outcome is promised. You are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on or submit. Costs shown are estimates; your AI provider bills you directly under its own terms.
Your data & responsibilities
Your tracked jobs, resume text, and API keys are stored only in your browser — see our Privacy Policy. You agree to use the Service lawfully, not to abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt it, and not to use it to violate the terms of any third-party site. You are responsible for keeping your own API keys secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost opportunities, or losses arising from your use of the Service, third-party listings, or AI output. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
